U-19 All-Star Training

For Saturday each player needs to have both a red and grey T Shirt available. No logos etc. Be warmed up and ready to run by 10:00 AM. This does not mean show up at 10:00 AM.
Water and gatorade will be available, but bring your own in case we're short. Also, bring a snack with you, so you can eat during our skull session at the field.
The first 250 wings are on me at Beef O'Bradys after our scrimmage.
Its hot this time of the year. This session will not be easy. There is no room for individuals not conditioned.
